Welcome to HautiePay, the official e-commerce mobile application of H-Authentica Inc. HautiePay allows users to browse products, watch videos, view photos, and complete purchases directly within the app, including checkout using installment or layaway payment options.
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the HautiePay mobile application, web-based application, and related services (collectively, the App or Service). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
- Scope of the App
HautiePay is an e-commerce platform owned and operated by H-Authentica Inc. The App allows users to browse products, view digital media, and complete purchases within the App.
Use of the App includes browsing products, watching videos, viewing images, placing orders, and completing checkout. All activity under your account is your responsibility.
H-Authentica Inc reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, suspend or terminate accounts, and modify or discontinue App features at any time without notice.
- Account Registration and Responsibilities
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. By registering, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may not use the App for fraudulent activity, resale without authorization, or any activity that harms or competes with H-Authentica Inc.
Report unauthorized account use immediately to support@h-authentica.com.
H-Authentica Inc may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or fail to meet payment obligations.
- Product Content and Media
The App may display product photos, videos, descriptions, pricing, and availability. All content is provided for informational and commercial purposes only.
Product appearance may vary due to lighting, screen settings, or production differences.
All media content remains the intellectual property of H-Authentica Inc and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written consent.
- Orders, Checkout, and Payments
All orders placed through the HautiePay App are subject to acceptance by H-Authentica Inc. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including orders suspected of fraud or resale.
Final Sale Policy
All sales are final: no returns or exchanges for a change of mind, size, fit or colour. The only exceptions, and how a refund is paid when one applies, are in section 15, Returns, Cancellations and Refunds. Nothing in these Terms takes away any right you have under Manitoba's consumer protection laws.

- Installment and Layaway Payments
Installment and layaway options are privileges, not rights, and are offered at the discretion of H-Authentica Inc.
Payments must be made on or before the scheduled due dates. Missed or late payments constitute default.
Fees and Penalties
- $39 CAD charge for every missed or dishonored payment for any reason.
- $75 CAD charge if the missed or dishonored payment is caused by stop payment or intentional decline.
- 5% monthly add-on fee on any remaining overdue balance.
- 15% restocking fee on the cancellation of an approved order (an order still waiting for approval can be cancelled at no cost; see section 15).
All penalties are non-refundable.
- Credit Card Authorization and Backup Payment Consent
By using the App, you authorize H-Authentica Inc to securely store your credit card information and use it as a backup payment method.
If any scheduled payment fails, H-Authentica Inc is authorized to charge your credit card for outstanding, overdue, or dishonored amounts.
You confirm that you are the authorized cardholder and that billing information is accurate. You agree to notify H-Authentica Inc immediately of any changes or suspected unauthorized use.
- Shipping and Risk
Delivery dates are the courier's estimates. H-Authentica Inc is not responsible for courier delays, or for a parcel sent to incorrect shipping information you provided.
An order that arrives damaged or does not arrive is covered by section 15, Returns, Cancellations and Refunds: tell us within 48 hours of delivery if it arrives damaged, and we deal with the courier for you. Parcel protection and signature options chosen at checkout apply to the shipment as described at checkout.
- Third Party Services
The App may integrate third party services including payment processors, messaging tools, or analytics platforms. These services are provided as is and H-Authentica Inc is not responsible for their performance or policies.
- Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, videos, images, software, and content within the HautiePay App are the exclusive property of H-Authentica Inc. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
- Modifications and Updates
H-Authentica Inc may modify App features, pricing, fees, payment options, or these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
- Limitation of Liability
H-Authentica Inc is not liable for App interruptions, content posted by users or third parties, payment processor failures, or damages arising from use of the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless H-Authentica Inc from all claims related to your use of the App.
- Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
The parties agree to attempt good faith resolution of disputes. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada.
Jurisdiction shall be Winnipeg, Manitoba.
- Electronic Communications
By using the App, you consent to receive communications electronically including notices, confirmations, and legal disclosures.
- Termination
H-Authentica Inc may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time for breach, fraud, or non-payment.
- Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
This policy covers purchases made in the HautiePay app and on our website from H-Authentica Inc. It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and, for layaway orders, the Layaway Terms and Conditions.
All sales are final
Because every piece is individually sourced and checked, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, size, fit or colour. Please read each listing, look closely at the photos and videos, and ask us any question before you buy.
The only exceptions are the ones below. None of them take away any right you have under Manitoba's consumer protection laws.
1. Authenticity Guarantee
Every item we sell is guaranteed authentic. If an item we sold you is ever proven not to be authentic by a recognized professional authentication service, contact us with the authenticator's written report. Once the item is returned in the condition it was delivered, we will refund everything you paid for it, including taxes and shipping.
2. Not as described, damaged in transit, or the wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, is not the item you ordered, or is materially different from its description (for example an undisclosed flaw), tell us within 48 hours of delivery:
- Tap Help in My Account, or email support@h-authentica.com, with your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging.
- Keep the item, tags and packaging as they arrived until we reply.
If we confirm the problem, we will arrange the return at our cost and, at your choice where possible, replace the item or refund what you paid for it.
3. An order that does not arrive
If your order has not been delivered within 30 days of the delivery date we gave you (or of your order date, if we gave none), you may cancel it for a full refund. Please contact us first so we can trace it with the courier.
4. Cancelling before your order ships
- Orders waiting for approval (for example layaway): you can cancel at no cost before we approve the order. Nothing has been charged, and the temporary hold on your card is released.
- Approved orders that have not shipped: contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations are subject to the 15% restocking fee in our Terms and Conditions.
- Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
How refunds are paid
- Refunds are paid within 15 days of our confirming them, to the way you paid: card payments to the same card, and pre-authorized debits to the same bank account. Your bank may take a few more business days to show the refund.
- If your order was on a payment plan, the refund covers the payments you made, and any payments not yet taken are cancelled.
- HautiePoints earned on a refunded amount are removed from your wallet.
