How to Use HautiePay

Everything you need to shop, pay and track your orders in the app.

Sign up with your email or Google account (or Apple on iPhone), and confirm the code we send you.
Your name, contact details and addresses appear under My Account. To change locked details, tap Request a change and our team will update them for you.

To pay over time, open Financing Information under My Account and complete the application. Once it is approved, you will see your available HautiePay credit.
Paying in full by card does not need approval.

Home shows what is live now, featured pieces, Flash Drops, what is trending and your HautiePoints.
Shop lets you search and filter by collection, brand, category and condition.
Tap Notify Me on an Upcoming Drop to get a notification the moment it goes live.
Save live shows and follow hosts: they appear under Favorites, and you can set a reminder for a show.

Add pieces to your Cart. The red number on the cart shows how many items are in it.
Choose your delivery: Canada Post to your address, or Winnipeg Delivery for Winnipeg addresses. Some pieces ship free.
Add a voucher or coupon code, or use HautiePoints for free shipping.
Choose how to pay:
- Pay in full by card.
- Payment plan: the first payment is charged to your card today, and the rest are taken every two weeks from your bank account by pre-authorized debit. You see every payment date and amount, and any plan fee, before you confirm.
- Layaway: if your order is above your available credit, we review it first. We place a temporary hold on your card for the first payment and only charge it once your order is approved. See the Layaway Terms and Conditions.
You can save your card for faster checkout. We never save it without asking.

Open a live show from Home. A saved card is needed to bid or use Buy Now; the app will ask you to add one if you have not yet.
Your winning bids are held on your card during the show and settled when the show ends, in full or on your payment plan.

My Account › My Orders shows each order's status (for example Pending Approval, Approved or Shipped), your payment schedule and tracking.
The bell shows your notifications: order and payment updates, approvals, live shows, drops and rewards. Tap one to open what it is about.

Earn 1 point for every $100 you spend (what is left over counts toward your next point), 1 point for each live show you watch for 20 minutes, a bonus for opening the app 7 and 30 days in a row, and 25 points when a friend you invite makes their first purchase. Purchase points become usable 14 days after your order is approved and paid. 1 point is worth about $1 in rewards.
Use points for free shipping, money off and exclusive gifts under My Account › HautiePoints & Rewards. Points expire after 12 months without any activity.
